05/03/08 - TWO New Articles
To kick off the month, we've got two fascinating and winful articles for you.
The first is directed towards n00bs who use RP forums to compensate for penis size. Read all about just how much fail powertripping n00b admins are. The second is geared towards beginners looking for a quality RP forum to join but want to avoid turning into the n00bz we have so much fun dishing out the pwnage to here. As always, it's also full of the customary lulz.

04/13/08 - New Affiliation Policy
Apologies to any sites that we previously exchanged banners with, but we have changed the way we accept affiliates. Rather than simply for affiliates, that section is now going to only link sites that our staff members consider a roleplay site that is worth your time joining. If you wish to re-affiliate check the criteria then resubmit your site on the advertisement board. If your site qualifies, then the link will be put back up.
If your link does return then congrats! Your site is teh 1337 and has our official seal of approval. Yes, do feel special that you're part of the 0.1% of forum RPGs on the internets that ISN'T made of suck.
04/11/08 - Site Overhaul and Revamp
During the next few days, the main page and the Omniboard community forums will be overhauled. The biggest change is that the extended RPGs will now be gone. Instead of providing a site to roleplay on, we are now shifting focus to making this place a resource site for roleplayers of all levels. By 'resource' we mostly mean articles, how-to guides, and editorials on various aspects of forum-based roleplaying (tabletop games like D&D will be avoided like ebola). The forums will now focus on further discussion of any article we put up and will be a place where RPers can get help and constructive feedback on thier writing. For more details please refer to this thread.
Please excuse the construction mess both on the main site and the forums. As for our affiliates, your banners will be back up soon (given that you still have ours up, of course). Forums are still fuctional and another announcement will be made when the revamp is completed. Thanks for your patience and we promise you won't be disappointed by the changes!
